Samples
Samples will be sent by post. Products such as wallpaper and paint may vary in colour and texture from that seen on your monitor. As opened rolls cannot be returned, we strongly advise the use of our sample service for a better representation of each item. Samples can be ordered by using the drop down menu on each item to select 'roll' or 'sample'.
Delivery
Delivery is free to a UK mainland address (excludes Scottish highlands) when you spend £100 or more (exclusions apply). Our standard carriage charge to UK mainland for orders upto 20kg in weight (England, Wales and Scotland - excluding Scottish highlands) addresses is £4.95 (exclusions apply), any other areas please click on the delivery tab at the top of the homepage.
Please note that we are unable to ship certain brands outside of the EU, please see individual product page or contact us for more details.
Special delivery rates apply to Omexco wallpaper and a extra charge of £40 will be displayed at the checkout as handling.

Orders will normally be despatched within one and five working days from order, some designer products, such as Casadeco and Caselio can take approximately two weeks. Please contact us for a more accurate timescale if required, some brands do offer express services at a cost, please call us for a quote and availability if this is required, as this option is not available at checkout.. If any Products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Delivery will normally be by post or courier. All Products must be paid for at order stage. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to wallpapersales.co.uk by you with full particulars within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the products, however arising.
Import Duties and Taxes
Please note import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched because we cannot be financially liable for any charges incurred.
Please note any goods returned to us as a result of non payment of customs fees, resulting in the goods being returned to sender will incur a deduction from the refund of any outbound and inbound shipping fees plus handling charges charged by the courier.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns
Unless specified in the individual product that the item is cut to order, printed to order or ordered in as per customer requirements, you can return any unopened wallpaper rolls (with cellophane intact and in resellable condition), to do so we must be notified within 14 days of receipt and recieve your return within 30 days for a full refund. Return postage is payable by yourself, please package the roll securely using a tracked courier, and post to our address below to obtain your refund. We do offer a reserve service where we can reserve additional rolls from the same batch which can be called upon if required. Alternatively, we are happy to assist with measurements if you phone us 01924379992. If you are unsure of the returns policy regarding a particular item please do not hesitate to contact our sales team on 01924379992 who will gladly assist you.
Any wallpaper or fabric sold by the metre is cut to order and is non-returnable.
please note as paint is mixed to order this is a non returnable item. If unsure about the shade tester pots are available to purchase, as colours may appear differently on screens.
We will replace any goods proven to be faulty when notified prior to hanging. You should ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and further damage before returning them to us. We require samples of faulty products and labels for any faults to be considered. We cannot accept any responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit. A refund for faulty goods will only be considered when the goods are collected for our inspection, if the goods are used then no claim can be considered, as this is classed as acceptance of product.
Goods damaged in transit for a claim to be made we have to be informed within 2 working days of the parcel being delivered, it must also be signed for as damaged for a claim to be considered.
Rugs are ordered in as per requirements and are therefore cannot be cancelled or returned once an order has been placed.
We will always send the same batch per order unless previously agreed with the customer to accept a mixed batch, if you run short of wallpaper and require an additional roll in the same batch it is imperative you contact us by phone, email or leave a note on your order to ensure we can match the batch. If this is not possible we will contact you immediately, please note we cannot be held financially liable for any mixed batches hung if orders are placed at separate times and no batch request has been made.
Fabric Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on fabric cut to length as these are bespoke products and can not be resold. We advise all customers to use our fabric sample service as images can vary according to monitor quality, if you are making the fabric up for somebody else we recommend checking their sample cutting to ensure you have received the correct fabric as we cannot accept any responsibility once the fabric has been cut or processed in any way. If there is a fault with the product a like for like replacement will be sent from the manufacturer and the returned goods will be sent for investigation, the fabric must not be cut or processed in anyway.
Wall Murals and Panels and Panoramiques
Please note all wall murals, Panoramiques and wall panels available on our website are ordered in as per requirements, for your individual order and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been placed.
How to make your return
We will accept returns of unopened rolls of qualifying products back to us at the address below when notified within 14 days of receipt and received back within 30 days of delivery to you. Any returns received after 30 days will be refused a refund.
We cannot refund any items which arrive back to us damaged/soiled so please ensure that your return is well packaged and sent back within the original packaging/box where possible. Do remember to remove/cover all previous courier labels and quote your order number on correspondence within the box.
We don't provide free returns so please use a courier of your choosing.
