Any and all references to free shipping over £100 refers to UK mainland excluding Scottish highlands.
Please note if your original order qualified for our free delivery over £100 promotion, and your return subsequently brings the original order value to under £100, the £4.95 delivery fee will be applied retrospectively and therefore deducted from the refund amount owed.
International Delivery
The Shipping charge for one package upto 12kg will automatically be added to your basket, however, if your order exceeds this weight, we will contact you to advise of any additional payment required. Remote and hard to reach areas may also incur a surcharge, if this is applicable, we will contact by email to advise of any additional payment required.
Please note any goods returned to us as a result of non payment of customs fees, resulting in the goods being returned to sender will incur a deduction from the refund of any outbound and inbound shipping fees plus handling charges charged by the courier.
