How to measure your walls
- Measure each wall separately. Use a tape measure along the bottom of the wall, from one corner to the other. Write each wall down on its own.
- Measure the whole wall, including doors and windows. Don't measure around them. You take them off in step 4.
- Measure the height from the top of the skirting board to the ceiling (or to the coving, if you have it). If the height varies, use the tallest point.
- Doors and windows: measure the width and height of each one you'll paper around.
- Only include walls you're papering. For a feature wall, that's just the one wall.
Measure in metres, for example 3.45 for three metres and forty-five centimetres. If you're unsure, measure twice.

Fruit is a green fruit wallpaper by William Morris, its slender branches hung with ripe pomegranates, lemons and other fruit among scattered leaves and small flowers. Fresh and cheerful, it is lovely in a kitchen, breakfast room or dining room. Shown here in the Lime Green and Tan colourway.
