Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept on-line payment with all the major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Delta,Solo and Switch. We do not accept American Express.


If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


Product sold by the metre – fabric or wallpaper is cut to order as per customer requirements and is non-returnable.

Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our Website, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied that the content on our Website is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

Shipping And Handling

UK Mainland Shipping:
Delivery charge is £4.95 including VAT and most items are despatched within 1-5 working days.
Please note that we are unable to ship certain brands including Anthology, Harlequin and Romo outside of the EU, please contact us for more details.


Any and all references to free shipping over £100 refers to UK mainland excluding Scottish highlands.


Please note if your original order qualified for our free delivery over £100 promotion, and your return subsequently brings the original order value to under £100, the £4.95 delivery fee will be applied retrospectively and therefore deducted from the refund amount owed. 


International Delivery:
The Shipping charge for  upto 12kg will automatically be added to your basket, however, if your order exceeds this weight, we will contact you to advise of any additional payment required. Remote and hard to reach areas may also incur a surcharge, if this is applicable, we will contact by email to advise of any additional payment required.


Please note import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched because we cannot be financially liable for any charges incurred. 


International delivery will normally take up to 12 working days but this cannot be guaranteed. If any Products are out of stock You will be notified at the earliest opportunity. All Products must be paid for prior to or on delivery. Delivery will normally be by courier, smaller items by post. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there are any undelivered items or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to WallpaperSales by You with full details within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising. 


Your purchase of products for WallpaperSales will be a contract made in England. Any dispute will be governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to any court of competent jurisdiction within England. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to you. Your rights are unaffected. WallpaperSales can revise these Terms without notice by posting new Terms on the WallpaperSales site or by notifying you by e-mail. Further purchase of products after such posting or notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.


Please note any goods returned to us as a result of non payment of customs fees, resulting in the goods being returned to sender will incur a deduction from the refund of any outbound and inbound shipping fees plus handling charges charged by the courier. 

Delivery Schedule

We will endeavour to dispatch within 1-5 working days from receipt of your order. Pattern book orders may take longer. Please allow approximately two weeks for some designer products such as Thibaut, Anna French.


If an item is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 5 days, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date. If this is not satisfactory to you, we will offer you a full refund.


Goods are delivered by The Post Office, DPD, Hermes, or UPS Couriers. Worldwide orders are delivered by UPS. Any instructions received from you to leave goods without a signature is done so entirely at your own risk.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Our prices are inclusive of vat at the current standard rate.

Credit Card Security website collects your credit card information on Secure Servers using industry standard 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and are signed with digital certificates to ensure the highest security for credit card details submitted to us over the internet.


Once securely collected your credit card information is encrypted and emailed to us. Once we have received them, they are decrypted so we can process them.


We are absolutely confident that we are offering the most secure payment system available. At no time are your credit card details stored on the website.

Price Match Guarantee

We will price match any genuine online price for in stock items, seen on legitimate UK wallpaper websites. The price match is for the order total including any shipping costs, and we reserve the right to refuse any price match we are unable to achieve. Returns Policy

Unless specified in the individual product that the item is cut or printed to order, you can return any unopened wallpaper rolls (with cellophane intact and in resellable condition), to do so we must be notified within 14 days of receipt and recieve your return within 30 days for a full refund. Return postage is payable by yourself, please package the roll securely using a tracked courier, and post to our address below to obtain your refund.

Wall Murals and Panels and Panoramiques

Please note all wall murals, Panoramiques and wall panels available on our website are ordered in as per requirements, for your individual order and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been placed.


We do offer a reserve service where we can reserve additional rolls from the same batch which can be called upon if required. Alternatively, we are happy to assist with measurements if you phone us 01924379992. If you are unsure of the returns policy regarding a particular item please do not hesitate to contact our sales team on 01924379992 who will gladly assist you. 


Any wallpaper or fabric sold by the metre is cut to order and is non-returnable.


please note as paint is mixed to order this is a non returnable item. If unsure about the shade tester pots are available to purchase, as colours may appear differently on screens. 


We will replace any goods proven to be faulty. You should ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and further damage before returning them to us. We require samples of faulty products and labels for any faults to be considered. We cannot accept any responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit.


Goods damaged in transit for a claim to be made we have to be informed within 2 working days of the parcel being delivered, it must also be signed for as damaged for a claim to be considered.


Rugs are ordered in as per requirements and are therefore cannot be cancelled or returned once an order has been placed.


Fabric Returns Policy


We do not accept returns on fabric cut to length as these are bespoke products and can not be resold. We advise all customers to use our fabric sample service as images can vary according to monitor quality, if you are making the fabric up for somebody else we recommend checking their sample cutting to ensure you have received the correct fabric as we cannot accept any responsibility once the fabric has been cut or processed in any way. If there is a fault with the product a like for like replacement will be sent from the manufacturer and the returned goods will be sent for investigation, the fabric must not be cut or processed in anyway.
