Returns Policy

Here at Wallpaper Sales we try to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to returns, and if the item you are ordering is kept in stock at our warehouse we are more than happy to accept returns of unopened rolls when notified within 14 days, to admin@wallpapersales.co.uk, and returned within 30 days. As a large amount of the items we sell are specifically ordered in as per your requirements or from wallpaper pattern books we are not able to accept back excess rolls or part orders, so it is advised you check quantities prior to ordering to avoid being unable to return. We do offer a reserve service where we can reserve additional rolls from the same batch which can be called upon if required. Alternatively, we are happy to assist with measurements if you phone us 01924379992. If you need any clarification as to whether you are purchasing a stock or per requirement/pattern book item, please call us prior to placing your order and we will gladly advise the returns policy for the specific item you are ordering.

Please note all cut to order items are non-returnable.

We will replace any goods proven to be faulty. You should ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and further damage before returning them to us. We require samples of faulty products and labels for any faults to be considered. We cannot accept any responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit.

Goods damaged in transit for a claim to be made we have to be informed within 2 working days of the parcel being delivered, it must also be signed for as damaged/faulty for a claim to be considerded.

Shipping

UK Mainland Shipping:
Delivery charge is £4.95 including VAT and most items are despatched within 1-5 working days.
Please note that we are unable to ship certain brands including Anthology, Harlequin and Romo outside of the EU, please contact us for more details.

Any and all references to free shipping over £100 refers to UK mainland excluding Scottish highlands.

International Delivery:
The Shipping charge for upto 12kg will automatically be added to your basket, however, if your order exceeds this weight, we will contact you to advise of any additional payment required. Remote and hard to reach areas may also incur a surcharge, if this is applicable, we will contact by email to advise of any additional payment required.

Please note import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched because we cannot be financially liable for any charges incurred.

International delivery will normally take up to 12 working days but this cannot be guaranteed. If any Products are out of stock You will be notified at the earliest opportunity. All Products must be paid for prior to or on delivery. Delivery will normally be by courier, smaller items by post. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there are any undelivered items or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to WallpaperSales by You with full details within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising.

Your purchase of products for WallpaperSales will be a contract made in England. Any dispute will be governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to any court of competent jurisdiction within England. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to you. Your rights are unaffected. WallpaperSales can revise these Terms without notice by posting new Terms on the WallpaperSales site or by notifying you by e-mail. Further purchase of products after such posting or notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
